Esperanza Agbayani is a full time Real Estate independent broker and a Notary Public. She started her real estate
career in Silicon Valley for over 35 years helping first time home buyers, investors and sellers make real estate their best investment. In the 1990's she was a mortgage originator and wholesale representative for lenders in the and eventually practiced real estate sales and loan origination helping home buyers with various financing strategies.
She offers free consultation specially for seniors and help thier families who plans to transition.
Espie likes to do community outreach through the local church and organizations like the chamber of commerce and the Lions Club. She is also a creative cook. With her BS in Food Science, Espie loves to create food and share with friends and families.
