About Us
At A Road Through, we believe that having a therapist who can understand you and relate to you is important. It’s also important to have a therapist who will recognize and challenge the unhealthy patterns that may be hindering your growth.
Our job is to make sure that you’re not only seen and heard, but that you also experience real healing and lasting change. We offer sessions on a weekly basis and intensive EMDR and Brainspotting programs for trauma treatment that last 1-3 full days.
A Road Through is a group of all women psychotherapists who are dedicated to providing trauma informed and culturally competent healing for every person who walks through our doors. We have therapists who specialize in CPTSD, abusive relationship recovery, high-achieving women, entrepreneurs, athletes, creatives, first-generation individuals, sexual assault, and more.
We are dedicated to helping everyone who contacts us find the right therapist for them -- even if it's not working with us.
