Working as an actress/singer/songwriter early in her career, she performed Shakespeare, blues and jazz. Her band The MnMs released a record in the early '80s that became a punk rock classic. She then joined the LA Weekly as a Writer and the Distribution Manager, developing an award winning free newspaper distribution delivery system written up in The LA Times Business Section. Marci still keeps up her musical chops, you can hear her singing on the recent Go-Gos Tribute Album, If You Gotta Go-Go, Go-Go Now.

I became interested in a holistic approach to medicine that attempts to figure out the root cause of illness after I was diagnosed with a tumor that thankfully turned out to be harmless.

Being trained in a western medicine framework I underwent additional training on “root cause medicine” and alternative ways of preventing disease and illness. I love spending time with patients and figuring out what is the true root cause that may have triggered their symptoms.
