2025 Silent Auction Donation Form

We welcome the donation of items and/or services for inclusion in the Golden Oaks Silent Auction. All donation forms must be submitted by Friday, June 27th. Donation delivery instructions will be emailed following confirmation and acceptance of the item(s) being donated.

All proceeds of this Auction will be used to continue to strengthen the Sherman Oaks Encino business community. Your donation will be acknowledged at the Golden Oaks Awards Gala on Sunday, July 13th.
