3/5K Health & Wellness Expo

The Kidneys Quest Foundation will host its upcoming 3/5K Run, Walk or Cheer and Community Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Pierce College.

This one-day community event is designed to raise awareness about kidney health, promote prevention and early identification of health risks, and provide crucial health, wellness, safety, and community resources to underserved individuals and families.

With the support of community partners, healthcare providers, sponsors, volunteers, and vendors, we can help empower individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to take proactive steps toward better health.

The Community Health & Wellness Expo will feature:
Free Health Screenings to help identify potential risk factors associated with kidney disease and other chronic health conditions.
Health and Wellness Information provided by healthcare professionals, industry experts, and community organizations.
Community Resources connecting attendees with local services, support programs, and valuable assistance.
Nutrition Education and Demonstrations promoting kidney health, healthy eating, and overall well-being. Well-Being Resources focused on physical, emotional, and community wellness.
Family-Friendly Activities designed to educate, engage, and inspire attendees of all ages.
Emergency Preparedness and Safety Demonstrations to help individuals and families prepare for emergencies and protect their health and safety.
